Go to c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and search for hosts. Copy hosts to your documents folder, because sin won’t let you change its path. Inside hosts, look for lines that reference unifab or something similar and delete them. Paste the modified hosts file into its path. Done.
To be safe, make a copy of the original hosts file.
