Long waiting time in subtitle generation

When it comes time to generate the subtitles of a time to this part I find that it takes a minimum 1 hour or even gives me error, is it a problem of mine or is it a server problem?
I hadn’t been through it as continuously as now, the program has it updated and I have 1GB of internet speed, thank you for your help.

It is indeed again broken, it happens more and more often these days since the last update, right now it seems just to fail all of them… We will have to wait for Sunday evening PST and China Monday morning so that hopefully someone can start fixing these issues happening for the past 2 weeks now [Angry]

sismotik21 timelines are always objectives, Dolby Vision has not been fixed for the past 8 months, and profile 8 was supposed to be released, still waiting for it [Laugh]
