Hi Dev Team,
Hope you’re all having a productive week!
I’d like to kindly suggest a feature enhancement for UniFab’s AI video generation pipeline: Could we include the editing codecs option as a standard toggle or setting available across all AI models when producing videos?
This would empower users to benefit from using the editing codecs regardless of which AI model they’re using. It would also create a more consistent and flexible editing experience throughout the platform.
Example: When generating a high-fidelity edit-ready master, the system could suggest Apple ProRes 422 HQ for smooth timeline performance in Final Cut or Premiere — or DNxHR for Avid workflows — even if the user didn’t manually select it. For web delivery, it might recommend H.265 or VP9. The “Suggest Some” toggle would make these smart defaults accessible to everyone, regardless of which AI model they’re using.
I would really hope that you consider this in next UniFab releases
