Is there a forum like this for StreamFab also?
I should NOT have to purchase yet another expensive product from you (UniFab’s Subtitle Generator) to do something that what I already purchased from you should do (StreamFab).
UPDATE: I just used 1 of my free trials for Subtitle Generator AI, and what a horrible piece of crap it is. I sent it a TV episode from Denmark (Danish Language), and had it converted to English. It did such a horrible job! About 15% of the translation was NOT in English, and the part that was was hardly understandable. I’d say it allowed me to understand what was spoken maybe 20% more than without it. You should be ashamed to release such crap into the pubic, especially with the price you charge for it and the claims you make for it!!!
Below is my main issue…
When I go to certain sites and watch movies or shows, they allow me to turn subtitles on and off. When I copy and paste those links to StreamFab and select both to download the subtitles and extract to an .SRT file, the resulting files neither have subtitles embedded in them (which I do NOT want) nor do they have an .SRT file to accompany them, like it is supposed to. Why? How do I make it also grab the subtitles? See screen cap at link below:
