Hello, first of all, please note that UniFab version 3.0.1.8 no longer supports the AI subtitle feature. Version 3.0.1.9 has been upgraded with new language recognition and processing capabilities. We kindly ask you to upgrade to 3.0.1.9 for an improved user experience.
Regarding your screenshot showing “audio language” as “Please select,” this indicates that the software could not automatically detect the audio track language from the video metadata. You need to manually select the correct audio language. Please ensure the selection is accurate, as this will directly affect the quality and synchronization of the subtitle output.
In version 3.0.1.9, subtitle output language can be set uniformly. You can set all added files to the same output language through the dropdown menu at the bottom of the interface, which simplifies batch processing.
If you encounter subtitle timeline synchronization issues, we will conduct a detailed investigation based on the source files you provide. Should any problems be found, we will immediately assign technical resources to address them. Thank you for your feedback and support!
