I just made a purhase and it will not download to my computer because it says that my Mackbook Pro is not compatable. I am using the MacOS Catalina version 10.15.7. Since it will not work, I need to get a refund. It was order number 7N5889264S2230518 for the UniFab Video Converter for Mac, UniFab Extended Download Service, UniFab 3-Computer license on 06-09-2025 in the amount of $99.77 USD.

I had the DVDFab lifetime version all the way from your beginning and up to the DVDFab 13 but couldn’t get updates because I had to change my eMail address when I moved. My old eMail was cspratlan@austin.rr.com and was changed to cliff.spratlan@gmail.com but you guys keep my license under the previous email. Every time I tried to reinstall the old system, you sould send me a conformation code number to my OLD EMAIL ADDRESS so I couldn’t get it because it doesn’t exist any more. I used the DVDFab version 12 and 13 which included the converter in the “LIFETIME” original purchase. If you guys could change my original license and eMail address to the new one, I could probably get everything working again but as it is now, ………Nothing works!!! And won’t install on my OLD Mackbook. Please help! Thank you. Cliff Spratlan

cliffspratlan1865237 I see that you have just purchased Video Converter for Mac. You can use it on this system; however, please note that AI functions are not supported on this operating system. The Video Converter, however, should work properly. Please just try to close that window and try to use Video Converter see if it works.
