All H265 videos in the converter freeze after passing them through the passthrough profile. Some videos (about 30%) are even converted to H264 without prompting

We tested on our end, it converted h265 through the passthrough profile successfully. We tried 12 videos, no video converted to h264 or freeze.

The next problem I have with this file is converting it to H265 with GPU acceleration. It only produces black videos. If I use only the CPU, there are no problems at all.
