support for AV1 Codec

Hi. I would like use AV1 as an option to encode stuff. My rtx4080 do hardware encode videos just as fast as HEVC, and do same quality with 30% less filesize (and h264 is even worse). Several times i reach 750fps encoding a SD video to a 720p video using AV1.using hansbrake.

HandBrake and AVClab video AI has already support for it, so maybe it’s time to join the party/future .

I also miss support for setting filesize output target (quality) or more option the 2 defult quality setting

We have noted the demand for AV1 encoding. AV1 indeed offers higher compression and smaller file sizes while maintaining similar quality.
Current status of UniFab:

The converter module supports AV1 encoding (see Screenshot 1), but the AI function module currently does not support AV1 encoding.
In future iterations, we will update AV1 hardware acceleration to optimize it for high-performance graphics cards that support AV1 hardware acceleration.
Although the AI function currently disables file size control through bitrate, users can select standard or high quality via the quality dropdown menu shown in Screenshot 2.
