Batching files for Enlarging is broken

The first one works great at 37 FPS and a little over an hour to complete. However, the second one slows down to 1.15 FPS and 49 hours to complete. There is an issue with adding more than one file to enlarge. I am using version 3.0.1.6. Tried version 3.0.1.7 but the HDR conversion on that one is broken and makes file super compressed and looks terrible. Hopefully they can fix this so i can batch a few movies in the morning before I go to work and have them done when I get home and ready to add HDR.

Regarding the issue of video upscaler batch processing becoming increasingly slow:
We will arrange a test to see if this problem can be reproduced.

Regarding the issue of HDR upscaler compression:
Could you please provide the resolution and duration of the source file, as well as the specific HDR model you used? Also, when you mention that the file is “super compressed,” are you referring to the file size or the output video quality? Thank you.

On HDR upscaler simply have your test team run the program on a file the most recent version 1.8 it’s still broken. The final file was supposed to be 7.06 Gb and instead is a tiny file of 141,073 KB and when you play it only the sound is heard no picture. Looks like starting in version 1.7 something was broke that is only passing the sound files through to the finished product. I love this product and hope you get it fixed soon as it is a very big bug!

As for the video upscaler It works right some times but randomly will slow down to around 1fps. I have to stop the process and hit restart than it works back at 37 fps again. But it might do 3 in row the second time correctly.
